Phone: Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 6 PM. During that time, we will provide communication services on a dedicated line. Our staff in this role will not merely answer incoming calls and provide support, but we will ensure they are well-versed in the mission, goals, and work of your organization. This way, they can better offer immediate assistance to your stakeholders or direct them to the appropriate members of our team who can get them the answers and solutions they need as quickly as possible.
Voice Mail: Provides a voice mail solution that includes dedicated voice mail lines for all board members and staff, as well as a general voice mail box for inquiries received on your dedicated phone line. Depending on your preference, we can transfer your existing service or establish a new service on your behalf. As part of our commitment to best-in-class service, we ensure that all voice mails are returned within one business day.
Email: Similarly, we ensure the seamless transfer of your organizations existing email solution and guarantee full up time and accessibility during the on-boarding process. Just as with voice mails, we ensure that all inbound emails are returned within one business day.
Receptionist & Secretarial Services: We provide staffing resources required for dedicated communications and secretarial services. Moreover, Miller Wenhold Association Management staff will not merely answer incoming calls and provide administrative support, but they will also be educated and well-versed in the mission, goals, and offerings of your organization. This way, they can better offer immediate support to your members or direct them to the appropriate members of our team who can get them the answers and solutions they need as quickly as possible.
Management Company Facilities: Miller Wenhold Association Management manages operations for our association and non-profit organization partners from our global headquarters, conveniently located just outside of Washington, DC. We offer a full-service facility solution including mail and deliveries, storage, printing and copying, and more. We are also pleased to offer your board members and other stakeholders with meeting space at our headquarters during their trips to the Washington, DC area at no additional cost.
Storage: Miller Wenhold Association Management has the necessary storage space—both in our offices and in secured rented storage units, for all storage needs. This allows us to retrieve any and all documents and other resources your organization and MWAM staff need at any time.
Association Materials & Information Security: All information shared, documents produced, and resulting conclusions reached during your organizations management partnership with Miller Wenhold Association Management will be the sole property of your organization. Information security is of paramount importance to us, so no materials in MWAM’s possession will leave our global headquarters building unless being placed in a secured outside storage unit or with written direction or permission from the board of directors.
Correspondence: Our team manages all correspondence for your organization. We have a well-established system for managing inbound communication to ensure that your members and stakeholders get the responses and answers they need. Moreover, we will work with your board of directors and committees on all correspondence requiring their attention, and we will also ensure appropriate review and approval of all executive and leadership correspondence before sending out. This is a critical component of our overall integration strategy for your organization that will ensue open lines of communication and coordination with you volunteer leadership and other key association stakeholders.
